A dozen units (ranging from 280-290 sq.ft) will be ready to move into this September as part of the Alexander Street project. The cost to build one of these units is just a fraction for what it would cost to build a conventional concrete housing project; $82,500 per unit – as opposed to $220,000. Six units will be a fixed rent of $375/month and the remaining units will vary depending on income to a maximum of $850/month. What do you think of this project? For the full article, click here.
